In turn, this commitment is a differentiating aspect of the msg global brand. And it makes our investment in learning an element of our unique selling proposition and a key criterion for why companies turn to us to help them with their SAP technology.
Knowledge and education start from the beginning. We look for employees who have industry know-how, the right education, and the drive to learn. But we know most of what we do is highly specialized and requires an investment on our part. Someone may have industry-specialized experience in financial services, for example, but we must bring them up to speed on SAP technology. Or vice versa — they have the technology but need the industry knowledge. And we’re willing to do that for the right people.
But learning doesn’t stop there. We encourage our people to continually learn and grow because we know lifelong learners are people who have a passion for solving problems and pushing technology forward.
How We Invest
Corporately, we have two specific initiatives to encourage continuous learning. First, all employees have unlimited access to Udemy, which provides a vast library of professional and personal courses, programs, and other resources. We also have invested in an internal education platform called CAMPUS that supports our core products and services and allows people to document and share knowledge across the organization.
We know our investment in learning is essential for our employees and our customers. And it helps us fulfill our corporate commitment to solving problems. That means we’ll always value and encourage continued learning and the acquisition of new skills. And it means we’ll never be content to settle for the status quo.
