The software applications under certification are SAP Insurance Analyzer (FS-IA) and SAP Profitability and Performance Management (SAP PaPM). A software application that is SAP certified for enterprise support involves the partner’s onboarding on SAP’s incident management infrastructure for customer incident processing.
