(Regensdorf, Switzerland), October 4, 2021 — msg global solutions has appointed Helmut Pauer as the Business Unit Head for CX, joining Thomas Strasser to lead our Customer Experience (CX) team.  

Helmut brings to msg global over 15 years of professional experience in various IT and management roles. Starting with software development and project management, he has worked with the SAP CX portfolio since 2007. In the last ten years, he has focused on delivering digital experience and commerce platforms and developing organizational, procedural, and control structures to implement complex, agile software projects.

Helmut joins msg global from ecx.io / IBM iX, where he was responsible for the SAP CX practice for the DACH region. Before that, he worked at an SAP CX partner in the DACH region for nine years.
