As we all grapple with the COVID-19 outbreak and the impact it is having on our day-to-day lives, I wanted to take an opportunity to share what msg global is doing to ensure business continuity in these uncertain times.
Protecting our customers and employees. We have stopped all business travel and transitioned to working from home for most offices worldwide. Each country’s operations follow local rules and guidelines to ensure the safety of our customers and employees. Given the global nature of our business, we have always worked in a partially remote fashion – so we are well equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure and tools to facilitate remote work on a global scale. The health of our team members is of critical importance to us, and we are proud of the whole teams’ energy in working through these challenges. The one upside we have seen is an even more robust effort to engage with each other through video conferencing and increased communication between all stakeholders. We hope this continues well after the crisis is over.
Ensuring Service to our Customers. We are committed to every project, and our ability to work with you remotely is our highest priority. Our diverse workforce is spread across 22 countries, and all of our consultants have deep experience delivering and supporting global projects. This global model provides a safety net if we face resource shortages due to illness or other unexpected events. We can continue our work together as planned. Our IT support and infrastructure monitoring operate 24/7 to ensure business continuity for technical and functional operations. While so much has changed in the last few weeks, we are well equipped to continue with business as usual.
