(Regensdorf, Switzerland) January 2, 2023 — msg global solutions India appointed Avinash Agrawal as the sole Country Manager and Global Head of Escalation Management to accelerate the expansion of msg global India and drive customer success initiatives globally. Avinash Agrawal will focus on growing the team and locations and help deepen the msg global brand in India.  

Avinash Agrawal has spent more than a decade at Software AG in roles like various software solution sales for large enterprises, strategic account management, customer Success Management and Escalation Management. He has lived in countries like India, Malaysia, Singapore and Germany.
