Avinash Agrawal will be responsible for sourcing countries (India, Philippines, Serbia, Bulgaria), business technology services and SBCS. Avinash has a proven track record in sales, service, and Customer Success Management in the enterprise software arena, managing portfolios of Consulting, Premium Support, and Custom development, both on-premise and in the cloud.
Kurt Zodel will be responsible board member for North America's region. Kurt has been with the msg group for an impressive 31 years and joined msg global in 2012 when the USA subsidiary was integrated into our global network. With a focus on international SAP implementation projects for reinsurance and reinsurance business process consulting, Kurt is responsible for the management of several implementations of the SAP for Reinsurance solution with clients in the United States and Bermuda.
