Bernd von Staa, Executive Vice President

Bernd serves as Executive Vice President of msg global solutions, responsible for leading the country operations in Germany and South Africa. In parallel, he acts as the worldwide business development leader for positioning intelligent, data-driven, and effective solutions for the Office of the CFO.

In 2011, Bernd joined msg global Deutschland as part of the merger of his former company, TSFI AG. His experience began in the industrial sector, working for Siemens AG and EADS AG (now Airbus). Over his 14-year career, he held positions as a controller, program manager, chief financial officer, and general manager. Key focus areas included business redesign, change management, profitability, and mergers and acquisitions. After completing his industrial assignments, he transitioned into IT services, specializing in SAP consulting solutions, outsourcing, and document management. Bernd is passionate about digitalization and artificial intelligence, focusing on how to leverage technology to enhance business efficiency.
