Agostino Assi serves as the Executive Vice President of msg global solutions Italia with primary responsibility for leading the country operations and reinsurance delivery.

​Agostino started his career at IBM in the Application Development consulting unit. After nine years, he moved to the reinsurance unit at CSC (now DXC) working as a developer in the Oslo Research & Development Unit. In his 13 years at CSC, Agostino also worked in project management and served as the Country Manager and then the Director of European Reinsurance Competency Centre.

In October 2011, Agostino joined msg global solutions and opened the Italian subsidiary, In the following years, he grew the country from 3 to 60 employees by focusing on Reinsurance, IFRS17, and Performance and Profitability Management. 

Away from work, Agostino stays busy with his two boys and enjoys skiing and playing tennis. Playing chess is the hobby for the rainy days.
