Process workflow

CSC Process workflow:

  • CSC analysts create tickets for incoming requests and forward them to appropriate expert resource
  • they then monitor each ticket according to the agreed customer service level agreement and workflow defined
  • the CSC also supports other teams and performs a variety of other administrative activities
